What we do

One venue, four ways to train with us

Circus Castle is a purpose-built aerial venue in Peliatan, Ubud. You can stay with us for a full training week, join our regular classes while you are on the island, book one-to-one coaching, or shoot professional aerial photography on our rigs.

The venue

Built for aerial work, not adapted for it

The castle sits in the quiet Peliatan area of Ubud, minutes from the town centre but far enough to train without interruption. The hall gives eight metres of clear height, so full-length silks, real drops and long sequences all fit.

  • Nine apparatus — silks, hoop, straps, hammock, net, sphere, rings, loops and rope.
  • Electric winch system for safe, progressive work on new elements.
  • Open air pavilion surrounded by the garden, with mats and conditioning space.
  • Four photo locations across the property.

Trained by working circus professionals

Every session is led by our own coaches. They compete, perform and choreograph — and they teach complete beginners every week.

A competitive aerialist with a medical degree from Kharkiv National Medical University, so training stays anatomically sound as loads grow. Multiple-time Fitness Champion of Ukraine and an international aerial medallist in silks and hoop, solo and duet. Performed on Indonesia's Got Talent. Coaching competition acts since 2021, with students on the podium. Teaches silks, hoop, straps, hammock, net and rope.

Artistic director · Master artist

Trained at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and the State Circus School (GUTSEI) in Moscow, with a directing degree from GITIS. Shapes the artistic side of the programme.

Dominic, on-camera host of Circus Castle

Dominic

On-camera host · Marketing & media

Dominic is the on-camera voice of Circus Castle — he tells the story of the space, its artists and its shows. A Cirque du Soleil performer (45 Degrees, OvO, MJ One) and three-time U.S. National Champion in trampoline, he brings fifteen years of world-class circus to how the Castle is seen and heard.

Peliatan, Ubud — Bali's cultural centre

We are tucked into a quiet street in Peliatan, within walking distance of Ubud's cafés and studios. The nearest airport is Denpasar (DPS); we can arrange a transfer for camp guests.
