How to book and pay
Two ways to book: message us on WhatsApp with everything pre-filled from the product page, or pay a fixed-price service instantly through our secure Xendit checkout. Either way you get written confirmation.
Every product page has a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with your room, week, rate and add-ons already written. We confirm availability and send your payment link — for camp bookings a 50% deposit secures the room, the balance is due within 24 hours of check-in.

Fixed-price services — camp weeks, classes, private sessions and photoshoots — can be paid instantly through our secure Xendit checkout, straight from the “Pay online” button on the product page. The checkout shows the exact product and amount; cards, bank transfer and QRIS are supported.
Write to ptcircuscastlebali@gmail.com with your name, WhatsApp number, the service, your dates and the room type — we reply with availability and a payment link. Before paying, please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payment methods
How you can pay
All prices and payment links are issued in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Bank transfers in USD and EUR are accepted at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
Payment link
After we confirm your booking we send a secure payment link for the exact agreed amount. The link is issued for your booking only and shows the exact amount and your booking reference. We send the full breakdown of what it covers in writing before we issue the link. It is useful for guests reserving before they arrive in Bali. For camp bookings, payment of the 50% deposit confirms acceptance of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Bank transfer
You can transfer directly to our company account. Bank transfers and Wise both work; please send us a screenshot once the transfer is done so we can match it to your booking.
Paying in Bali
After you arrive, you may pay in cash or by card through our bank terminal on site. We confirm the available payment method with your booking.

Deposits and changes
What you agree to when you pay
- Camp bookings: a 50% deposit secures your room and your rate. The remaining 50% is due within 24 hours of checking in.
- Classes, private sessions and photoshoots: paid in full in advance. Class capacity is limited, so a slot is only held once payment is received.
- The deposit is non-refundable, but it applies in full to your stay.
- You may reschedule once to different dates, subject to availability, if you request the change at least 14 days before check-in.
- Open Date bookings: your deposit is held in our system until you choose your dates. If your requested dates are fully booked we offer you alternatives.
- Adult Club Membership: a fixed three-month term with three classes per week (12 classes per calendar month), invoiced monthly. The membership rate is 400,000 IDR per class (4,800,000 IDR per month); each invoice shows the standard 500,000 IDR rate and the 100,000 IDR per-class membership discount. If you end early, give 30 days’ written notice: attended classes are recalculated at the standard rate, a final invoice is issued for the difference, and any unused prepaid balance is applied to that invoice and returned if any remains.
