How to book and pay
Every booking is confirmed by a person on our team before you pay anything. You choose the service, we check availability, and you receive a payment link with the exact amount for what you agreed.

Choose your service
A camp week, a group class or monthly plan, a private session, or a photoshoot. Every price on this site is the full price of that service.

Send us your request
Message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email with the details listed below. There is no automatic checkout — a person reads your message and replies.

We confirm availability and the exact amount
We check rooms and class capacity for your dates, add any extras you asked for, and write back with a full breakdown: what is included, the dates, the total and the deposit.

You receive a payment link
Once you confirm the breakdown, we issue a payment link for the exact amount, or send our bank details if you prefer a transfer. The link is personal to your booking.

You pay and we confirm in writing
For camp bookings the deposit is 50%; the balance is due within 24 hours of check-in. For classes, private sessions and photoshoots the full amount is paid in advance. After payment we send written confirmation of your booking.

Payment methods
How you can pay
All prices and payment links are issued in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Bank transfers in USD and EUR are accepted at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
Payment link
After we confirm your booking we send a secure payment link for the exact agreed amount. The link is issued for your booking only and shows what it covers before you pay.
Bank transfer
You can transfer directly to our company account. Bank transfers and Wise both work; please send us a screenshot once the transfer is done so we can match it to your booking.

Deposits and changes
What you agree to when you pay
- Camp bookings: a 50% deposit secures your room and your rate. The remaining 50% is due within 24 hours of checking in.
- Classes, private sessions and photoshoots: paid in full in advance. Class capacity is limited, so a slot is only held once payment is received.
- The deposit is non-refundable, but it applies in full to your stay.
- You may reschedule once to different dates, subject to availability.
- Open Date bookings: your deposit is held in our system until you choose your dates. If your requested dates are fully booked we offer you alternatives.
