1. Who we are
These terms govern all services provided by PT Circus Castle Bali ("Circus Castle", "we", "us"), a company registered in Indonesia under business registration number (NIB) 2810250022223, with its registered address at Jalan Pura Gunung Sari Gang 1 No. 4, Banjar Ambengan, Peliatan, Kec. Ubud, Kab. Gianyar, Bali 80571, Indonesia.
By booking or paying for any of our services you accept these terms.
2. Our services
We provide aerial arts training and related services at our venue in Peliatan, Ubud:
- Aerial Co-living Camp — weekly packages combining accommodation and a structured training programme.
- Group classes — regular aerial gymnastics classes for adults and children, sold as drop-in sessions, monthly plans or memberships.
- Private sessions — one-to-one and pair coaching.
- Photoshoots — professional aerial photography at our venue and on location in Bali.
The content of each service is described on the corresponding page of this website. Where a description and these terms conflict, these terms apply.
3. Bookings
We do not operate an automatic checkout. A booking is made in the following order:
- You send us a request with your dates and the service you want.
- We confirm availability and send you a written breakdown of what is included and the total amount.
- We issue a payment link or provide our bank details.
- Your booking is confirmed in writing once the required payment is received.
A booking is only held once payment has been received. Requested dates and class slots remain available to other guests until then.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are set in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Any US dollar or euro figure shown on this website is an approximate conversion for guidance only; the amount actually charged is the rupiah amount or its equivalent at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
- We accept payment in IDR, USD and EUR, by payment link or bank transfer.
- For camp bookings, a deposit of 50% is payable to secure the booking. The remaining 50% is due within 24 hours of check-in.
- Classes, private sessions and photoshoots are paid in full in advance.
- For international bank transfers, transfer fees are payable by you so that the agreed amount arrives in full.
- Promotional rates apply only for the period stated and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless we state otherwise in writing.
5. Changes and cancellations
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Participation, health and safety
Aerial arts are a physically demanding activity carried out at height. Participation carries an inherent risk of injury even when instructions are followed.
- You confirm that your general health allows physical activity and aerial training, and that you have disclosed any injury, medical condition or pregnancy that may affect your participation.
- You must follow the instructions of our coaches at all times and use apparatus only under supervision or during designated self-practice hours.
- We may refuse or stop participation where we reasonably consider it unsafe, including outdoor shoots affected by weather or natural conditions.
- Appropriate fitted sportswear is required. Jewellery and hard objects must be removed before training.
7. Children and young people
Children are welcome in our kids classes from 6 years old. Their level and group are determined by our coach during the first session. Teenagers from 14 years old may join the camp when a parent or guardian stays with them at the castle. A parent or guardian must make the booking and accept these terms on the child's behalf.
8. Accommodation rules
- Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00 on the agreed days. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; luggage storage is available in any case.
- Shared dormitory rooms are female only. Twin and private rooms are open to all guests.
- Meals are not included in any package. A shared kitchen is available on site for vegetarian cooking.
- Guests are responsible for damage they cause to the property, rooms or equipment.
- We may ask a guest to leave without refund for behaviour that endangers others, damages property, or repeatedly disrupts training or the other guests.
9. Photography and media
Photographs and video taken during your photoshoot are provided to you as described on the photoshoots page.
We also photograph and film at our venue for our own promotion. If you do not want to appear in our published material, tell us in writing and we will not use images in which you are identifiable. Where a photoshoot is delivered to you, you may use the images freely, including commercially; we ask that you credit Circus Castle Bali where practical.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
We are not liable for travel costs, visa costs, flight changes, missed transfers, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, illness, government action or transport disruption. You are responsible for your own travel insurance, which we strongly recommend covers sports activity.
We are not responsible for personal belongings left at the venue or in shared areas.
11. Force majeure
If we cannot deliver a service because of events beyond our reasonable control, we will offer you alternative dates or a refund of the amount paid for the part of the service we could not deliver, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gianyar Regency, Bali.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
