Who we are
Circus Castle Bali is an aerial arts training centre and co-living camp in Ubud, Bali, operated by PT Circus Castle Bali (NIB 2810250022223), Jalan Pura Gunung Sari Gang 1 No. 4, Banjar Ambengan, Peliatan, Kec. Ubud, Kab. Gianyar, Bali 80571, Indonesia. We provide aerial training, camps, classes, photoshoots, and booking support for guests who contact us online.
Information we collect
When you book with us
To confirm and manage a booking we collect the details you send us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the dates and service you are booking, the age of a child if you book a class for one, and any health or accessibility information you choose to share so we can train you safely.
When you message us on Instagram
We use Meta's Instagram messaging platform, the Instagram API with Instagram Login, to receive and manage Instagram Direct messages sent to our business account @circus.castle.bali. This lets our team read, organise and respond to enquiries in one private inbox. From those conversations we may process:
- Instagram Direct message content;
- the sender's Instagram-scoped user ID and username or display name;
- message timestamps;
- media attachments sent in the conversation.
We also imported our own historical Instagram message archive from a manual export, so our team can keep customer conversations continuous.
When you pay
Payments are processed by our payment provider and by our bank. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, the currency and a reference identifying your booking. We do not collect or store full card numbers, card expiry dates or security codes.
When you visit this website
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our server keeps standard technical logs, such as the pages requested and the time of the request, for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use this information solely to:
- reply to your enquiry and provide customer support;
- confirm, manage and deliver your booking;
- issue payment links, verify payments and process refunds;
- run training sessions safely, taking account of anything you told us about your health;
- keep legitimate business and accounting records.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use Instagram message data for advertising or profiling.
Legal basis and consent
We process your information because you chose to contact us, and because the processing is necessary to respond to your enquiry, provide the service you booked, and keep the records we are required to keep.
Sharing
We share personal data only with parties strictly necessary to operate the service: our hosting provider, our payment provider and our bank for payments and refunds, and Meta as the platform provider for Instagram messaging. When an authorised team member explicitly connects Telegram notifications, selected folder-entry alerts are sent to that team member's private Telegram chat. Those alerts may include the client's Instagram display name or username, the latest inbound message excerpt, and links to the relevant Instagram profile and internal inbox folder. We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.
Storage and security
Conversation and booking data is stored on our private server. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to the inbox is restricted to authorised staff who need it to respond to customers and manage bookings.
Data retention
We keep conversation and booking data only as long as needed to provide support, manage bookings and maintain legitimate business and accounting records. We delete conversation data on request unless we are required to keep limited records for legal or operational reasons.

Data deletion
To request deletion of your data, message @circus.castle.bali on Instagram, write to ptcircuscastlebali@gmail.com, or contact us on WhatsApp at +62 813-2881-760. Please tell us which Instagram account, email address or booking your request relates to. After we verify the request, we will delete the relevant data from our systems unless retention is legally required.
Children
Bookings for children must be made by a parent or guardian, who provides the child's details and accepts this policy on their behalf. We collect only what we need to run the class safely.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
